first job is to strip the wheel down of spokes and hub and nipples,clean with a little detergent or soak in soapy water,making sure you remove any old oil or grime.	second stage is to use a stanley knife blade on rim edges,using in a sideways motion scratching old brake marks of and any old logo.use a mid grade sand paper on rim face where the spoke holes are scrub hard to remove fadding the best you can.	3rd job is to mix up dye salt and dylon and hot hot water in a large tub..i use 4lb of sea salt, 3 small tubs of dylon and cover in rearly hot water until rims are submerged keep stiring for 5 minuites making sure salt and dye have desolved .leave for 2/4 hours then rince all access dye of with cold water then leave to dry.	4th stage is to rebuild your wheels, i use new spokes and long nipples but old ones can be re used in most cases with autosol and a polish.your local cycle shop should be able to re lace the wheels for you if you cant do it.last job new rim decals to put the finishing touch.i sometimes use wd40 to add a touch of shine.
