SPOKE LENGTH CALCULATOR if login box appears just click ok might take a few efforts
I have used a 20" bmx rim and bmx high flange hub to show you how and what to measure to get the correct spoke lengths for your wheel build .i will basically make a similar layout at the bottom of page to show my measurements for the calculator. On a 36h "acs z rim" the eff.rim diameter is 392.0 as it has a thick plastic face this hole to hole measurment wont work so just use 392.0 its correct.
1st and 2nd pictures show you that you will need to measure the inside of the rim from hole to hole. this information goes in the first box on the right. so mine will read ...eff.rim diameter......392.0

Next picture is for the next box LT .FLANGE DIAMETER." front" hub measurement ,from hole to hole you need to get the measurement mine is 65.0 type that in opposite box.

In the next box is for the "rear hub" measurements as above my RT.FLANGE DIAMETER IS 62.O check yours and type that in opposite box
The next box is for the "rear hub again" RT.CENTER TO FLANGE as before from center of hub to flange edge, mine is 26.0 so type that in .
the next 2 boxes are for cross pattern and number of spokes to be used, mine is a 4 cross pattern and 48 holes so put what ever you are using and type them in .old school rims are usually 36 hole and 3 or 4 pattern its up to you on that one............then hit GO you will see your measurements mine is
LT SPOKE LENGTH 183.0 this will be my front spoke lengths but i will round up to 184mm.
RT SPOKE LENGTH 183.1 this will be my rear spoke length but again i will round up to 184mm
any problems give me a call or just practice it will be handy once you have it sorted.

1..you will need a can of wd40 or a similar brand,and a wide cable fastener .
2..spray some wd40 into one end of the grip and lift the grip a tad to let the wd40 slip in.
3..push the cable fastener into the grip between that and the handle bar as far in as possible.
4..then pull the fastener around the bar in a clockwise direction so it drags around the handle bar ,then try twisting the grip it will now feel loose.if not apply some more wd40 and drag the fastener some more.
5..give it the same at the other end and then twist the grip it should come of nice and easy.
6.. now give the inside of the grip a good clean to remove any wd40 left inside ..jobs a gooden saved grip..
if this doesnt work give up your rubbish, and cut it of and buy some new grips ....:)
